Your personnel treatment - I will take you step by step through it.

 

Self Care Massage – How to locate & treat trigger points (A knot/nodule in a muscle that can refer pain, weakness, stiffness)

 

Self Care Stretches/Mobilisations

 

Acupressure points – Help free the flow of energy

 

Mindfulness – To calm your mind & nervous system

 

Your Self Care Treatment will be emailed to you 

 

I will regularly check in with you to see how you are progressing offering advise, support and encouragement.


 

FOLLOW UP TREATMENT 30 MINS

Check & revise your treatment plan

 

Assess your progress

Make sure you are doing everything correctly

Adjust and add more content if needed.

 

By doing your Self Care treatment daily will help to achieve positive results and reach your goals , improving your overall wellbeing.
